جیسے بے اختیار نطفہ اچھل کر صورت انزال اختیار کرتا ہےیہی صورت کمال خشوع کے وقت رونے کی ہوتی ہےکہ رونا آنکھوں سے اچھلتا ہے
I think the translation at http://www.ahmadibeliefs.com/allah is more accurate:

Obviously, one would wonder how can ejaculation be compared to tears, because tears don’t jump out of the eyes like semen does. I mean it is, indecent to discuss, but it is a fact there is no comparison between jumping of tears (which don’t jump at all) and jumping of ejaculation. The only plausible explanation is that Mirza Sb had an erectile dysfunction and his ejaculation was just as good as tears coming out of eyes.
