Ahmadiyya Cult Discussed on Iqra TV

Last Wednesday was the first time that a revert from Ahmadiyya to Islam was able to present his story, unimpeded, on broadcast television. It created shockwaves in the Ahmadiyya apparatus, with followers making baseless claims about “hate speech” to OfCom and with the Head of the UK Jama’at writing to the programme “Good Morning with Iqra”. This represented a major breakthrough in community relations.

Ahmadis can see for themselves by watching that show that we Muslims as a whole are against persecution of the Ahmadiyya  and that the fears they have of Muslims are without foundation.

Today we had another first. Another revert, brother Akber Chaudry, appeared on the same show in a debate with an Ahmadi who went by the name of Anwar Mirza. Again, it was plain to see that fears of persecution are ruthlessly exploited by the Ahmadiyya leadership to keep its membership terrified and cloistered, but that the fear is out of all proportion to the reality.

Very soon insha’Allah, these programmes will be made available on-line, and you can judge for yourself. Last week I took live calls from Ahmadis. It would be interesting to see Mirza Masroor try that without rigging the lines. I invited him to a debate with any of our top alims. So seriously was this invitation taken that he asked Rafiq Hayat to respond. This engagement represents a breakthrough in communication for both sides. The opportunity for civil discourse must be grasped by both sides!

Today, you saw that an Ahmadi with knowledge of his religion, despite being given every opportunity to present his beliefs, was not able to provide a single argument in favour of his religion, not a single reason why a Muslim should accept Mirza Ghulam Ahmad as a prophet.

Ahmadis, you have nothing to lose but your chains.

Peace unto those who follow the guidance.

Shahid, please make sure you invite some human to discuss with Zahid Aziz not animal like Skunk that stinks and his intellectual level is so basic that he only knows how to fart”

    Shahid

    Do you allow such rubbish?

Farooq; you can throw your Venom as you wish but fact of the matter is, Zahid was not willing to answer questions raised in my article.

As for being intelligent and knowledgeable, then I can say categorically, the proof of the taste is in the pudding. Let me say without mentioning names, yesterday, there was a gentleman on the same channel, holding a question answer session. He used to be the “Imam” of my local mosque. I happen to know him quite well. Let say, he would run like hell, after seeing me, because he would be found wanting. He used to beg me not to question him.

As it happen, he is getting very rich all of a sudden, I happen to know how, he is amongst few whom I want to expose time permitting.

Therefore, Mr. Foul mouth keeps your comments to yourselves. I am not on the television not because I can not be, but because I don’t want to be. I have different ideas and thinking, I am not in favor of using religion to make money. How much money did Prophet Muhammad SAW left when he passed away from this earth? Think, and then compare someone like the “Imam” who mysteriously started to have all the good things in life, after leaving the mosque and starting a “Charity Business”. Yes business, that’s what most of the Pakistani fellows do, they run the “charity businesses”. On the name of the expenses, cars, petrol expenses, properties, air travel are obtained, which were beyond their means before. Giving jobs to their family members in the Charity organization on huge pay; which they can never ever obtain in an open market according to their qualifications and experience.

How much do you know about me? Zilch, so zip it.

  2. Dear brother new observer,

You are making a clear assumption here. Promised messiah(as) has never stated that Isa(as) was inferior and nor do his writings imply that isa(as) is inferioir as i’ve explained before. According to you having fewer followers means you are inferioir. Well from this it is you who is infering that isa(as) is inferioir because it is true that at the begining he did have few followers. Ahmadis do not believe that no. of followers is corrolational to greatness of followers, but rather to how close they are to God and how much God loves them. Isa(as) was indeed a great prophet.

Secondly could you translate the statement and provide refrence please.

For the 2nd question, it is possible to have an answer to a question as yes AND no. Not every question in the world has an answer as yes or no. The world isn’t just black or white. You can’t be only either just happy or just sad all the time. I hope you understand. More examples? Ok. The word ‘lift’ can mean a lot of different things in different contexts. Lift can imply the elevator or it can imply a verb. A good litrary advice – it is not the word that decides the meaning of itself but rather the rest of the sentence that decides the meaning of the word.
Thus the answer to your question is both, imaginary jesus(as) and real jesus(as).

  3. Respected brother crankthatskunk: This kind of personal attack does not demean you, rather, it shows the ugliness of your opposition. I will not allow such comments to pass through in future. Note that this person has insulted me too, and others. I don’t have time to sink to that level, so I am leaving them alone.

  4. That is why I said you never my references. I have been giving this reference since start of discussion. Note again:

But it is proven from Quran and Bible that Jews rejected Hazrat Issa alaihis-salam. In reform of humanity Hazrat Issa aliah-i-salam had the poorest performance (lowest number) of all the prophets. (Braheen Ahmadiyya Vol.5 38, RK 48)

Your second answer means when we say Masih alaihisalam it can also mean an imaginary Jesus who can be abused. Do you know what is the meaning of alaihisalam? When we use the words alaihisalam – can we call Abu Jahal alaihisalam? Please think over and then reply.

  5. Dear brother newobserver,
‘I am sorry but your are denying the person you believe to be a prophet:’
You are still making an ASSUMPTION that lower numbers means that prophet (as) is imferioir. Where in Promised messiah(as) writings does he say or imply that lower number means he is inferior. I completely agree that isa(as) had lowest numbers. No doubt about it. The Quran says that the job of the prophet is only to covey the message and nothing more. So if people did not convert, you think it is the prophet’s fault? No. It is the people’s themselves and it is Allah who opens peoples hearts.
Promised messiah (as) may have only used that as a technique to shut the christian critics about the Holy prophet(saw).

  6. WE NEED AHMADIS TO EXPLAIN 3 POINTS, THEN WE CAN MOVE ONE:

    1. WHY DID THE MIRZA WRITE TO DR. ADBUL HAKIM KHAN THAT ALL MUSLIMS WHO HAVE NOT BELIEVED IN HIM ARE KAFIRS IN 1906?

    2. THEN HE WROTE IN HAQIAQTUAL WAHY(1907) THAT HE DENIED EVER SAYING THAT.

    3. ALSO, IN HAQIAQTUAL WAHY HE ALSO WROTE THAT THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF KUFR.

A–ONE GROUP WHICH IS TOTALLY OUTSIDE THE PALE OF ISLAM.
B—AND THE OTHER GROUP WHICH IS STILL MUSLIM.

BUT THEN HE WRITES THAT THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THESE TWO GROUPS IN THE EYES OF ALLAH.

CAN SOMONE SCAN THE RELEVANT PAGES OF HAQIQATUAL WAHY AND POST THEM?

  7. QUOTE-You are still making an ASSUMPTION that lower numbers means that prophet (as) is imferioir. -UNQUOTE

Please explain where did I make this assumption?

It is written by Mirza Sb in clear words that Hazrat Issa as was inferior most of the prophets (nauzubillah). I cannot understand why are you accusing me of such a stupid statement.

Please open your eyes and read – it was a statement made by your prophet:

قرآن شریف اور انجیل سے ثابت ہے کہ یہودیوں نے حضرت عیسی علیہ السلام کو رد کر دیا تھا اور اصلاح مخلوق میں تمام نبیوں سے ان کا گرا ہوا نمبر تھا۔

Repeat – it was a statement made be your prophet Mirza Ghulam. Read it and then reply, please.

  8. Dear Shahid Kamal
I saw your program on the Iqra TV. Like you I am also born in Ahmadiyyah family and migrated from Qadian to Rabwah and now living in London UK for last 25 years. I have registered myself on the forums.alislam.org to start some discussion. I only managed to post initial two posts then they banned me without explaining any reason. This is not a forum but a ‘Tableegh Seminar’, as they will shut you out as soon as you differ on any issue with them. Anyhow I praise your intellectual maturity and cool presentation on the TV debate. I think I have seen you once at Fulham?
Keep up the good work going!
    Kashif Nadeem

    • Dear brother Kashif,

I don’t remember seeing you, but I used to live in Fulham when I reverted to Islam.

Jazakallah khayr for your message of support. I’m not surprised by the alislam forums action at all. No cult survives intellectually when it is exposed to the truth.

  9. salam,
want to know is there any verse in quran about punishing(azab after death) those people who believe in false prophet, or only those people be punished who do´t believe on true prophet.

  10. Big deal the program is i presume supponsoered by someone or some company. So who is making religion into money making?

    • Please learn to write before you comment. Nobody made any money on this. Iqra is a charity, I didn’t even ask for my tube fare, so stop with the accusations without proof, it’s a grave sin.
