The Age Of My Demise

THE AGE OF MY DEMISE

In The Name Of Allah (SWT), Most Gracious, Most Merciful

This article is actually quite ironic as the followers of Mirza Ghulam try very hard to prove that he made false statements.  A statement can only be true or false and if it is false then surely it can only be acknowledged as such. If I was to proclaim that I am 21 years old then this statement can only be true of false, correct? If the fact is that I am actually 26 then I obviously lied when I said I was 21 and made a false statement opposed to a true statement. This is the issue here and as you will see; his own followers try very hard to convince us that Mirza Ghulam was dishonest when he told us how old he was. The reason they are saying this is to avoid further repercussions concerning the statements relating to the age of Mirza Ghulam. The first statement is as follows:

From the day Imam reveals himself by virtue of Ilham (Inspiration of the heart); he will live for 40 years. Let it be clear that this humble self was appointed by special Ilham to invite to the truth in the 40th year of age and good news was given that I will get to an age of 80 or near it. So 40 years of preaching is proven by this Ilham, out of which 10 years have passed. (Roohani Khazain, Nishan Asmani – Volume 4 – Page 14)

Before going any further, you can see for yourself (by downloading the book) that the statement above was made in 1892 as the front cover verifies this fact.

1892 (Roohani Khazain, Nishan Asmani – Volume 4 – Front Cover)

Direct Link: http://www.alislam.org/urdu/rk/rk-4-12.pdf

This means at the time he wrote this, 1892, he was 50 years old as he had been preaching for 10 years and as he claims he started when he was 40 years old and 10 years had passed since then. This is clear as he says “…this humble self was appointed by special Ilham to invite to the truth in the 40th year of age.” In union with this he says “…from the day Imam reveals himself by virtue of Ilham, he will live for 40 years.” This therefore means from the day he invites people (starting at the age of 40) he will have another 40 years to live (aged 80). He then says “…40 years of preaching is proven by this Ilham, out of which 10 years have passed.” This therefore would make him 50 years old in the year 1892.

If 10 years of his 40 year preaching period has passed in 1892, this means he has 30 years left to preach from that year before he dies, as prophesised. This is clear as he states “…good news was given that I will get to an age of 80 or near it.” Thus, in 1892, he completed 10 years of preaching and consequently has another 30 years remaining according to alleged inspiration, as he says “…so 40 years of preaching is proven by this inspiration, out of which 10 years have passed” and from the start of the 40 years he “will live for (another) 40 years” thus, making him, as he prophesised, 80 when he dies.

It is a fact that Mirza Ghulam died in the year 1908 but let’s examine the fact that he had said in the year 1892, regardless of his age, that he had another 30 years of preaching remaining. From the year 1892 till the year 1908 only covers 16 years, not even near the 30 years he said he had yet to cover. This cannot be refuted as mathematics cannot be twisted unlike words. Again let’s be clear that he stated in 1892 that from the 40 years, “…10 years have passed.” The quote above on this page verifies he said this in 1892 and the previous quote prior to that confirms his “40 years more” preaching claim and the following quote is verification of the year he died.

The Promised Messiah Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Qadiani (1835 – 1908) Founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at The Promised Messiah and Imam Mahdi (The Official Website of The Ahmadiyya Community – Front Page of The Promised Messiah Section)

Next, we move on to the second part of the two fold prophecy. This being that Mirza Ghulam stated he would “…get to an age of 80 or near it.” From the previous statement we can derive that he was 50 years old in 1892. This therefore suggests he was born in the year 1842. However the official website states, as above, he was born in the year 1835. To confuse matters further, Mirza Ghulam himself has specifically stated his date of birth as quoted below:

I was born towards the last days of Sikh rule in 1839 or 1840 C.E. In 1857 I was sixteen or seventeen years old; my beard and moustaches had not yet started growing. (A Brief Sketch Of My Life – Page 10)

Direct Link: www.muslim.org/bookspdf/bar/sklife0.pdf

This is taken from the Lahori community website for the purposes of an English translation and as an alternative to the Urdu version. However, I have included below the original Urdu statement (translated) from the official website so they should be no confusion.

I was born in 1839 or 1840, towards the end of the Sikh era. In 1857 I was in my 16th or 17th year and facial hair had not yet started growing. (Roohani Khazain, Kitab-ul-Bariyyah – Volume 13 – Page 177)

Direct Link: http://www.alislam.org/urdu/rk/rk-13-40.pdf

According to Mirza Ghulam himself, he was born in 1839 or 1840. Let’s give him the benefit of the doubt and agree he was born in 1839 not 1840, this would therefore mean that when he died, he was 69 years old. Let me now re-quote his earlier statement, “…good news was given that I will get to an age of 80 or near it.” He is clearly nowhere near the age of 80 when he died.

The official website still maintains that he was born in 1835. This can only mean that Mirza Ghulam was dishonest when he said he was born in 1839 or 1840. If he was actually born in 1835 then he lied when he said he was born in 1839 or 1840. Moreover if we accept the official view that we was born in 1835 then this would mean that when Mirza Ghulam was 22 he still had no facial hair which is odd. Mirza Ghulam himself states above that in 1857 he had no facial hair and he explains this by saying in that year (1857) he was in his 16th or 17th year which makes sense as to why he had no facial hair at the time. Even if we accept that he was born in 1835, this still makes him 73 when he died and still nowhere near 80.

As Allah, the Exalted, knew that my opponents would wish for my early demise so that they might be able to proclaim that I had died early because I was false in my claims, therefore, He revealed to me aforetime: Eighty years or thereabouts, or a little more, and you will witness your distant progeny. Thirty-five years or so have passed since this revelation was vouchsafed. (Tadhkirah – Page 17)

Conclusion
From the information commenced you can see two unmistakable failed prophecies in the writings of Mirza Ghulam. Let’s be clear that he states that once he reveals himself by virtue of Ilham (inspiration), he will live for 40 years more which means he has 40 more years of preaching left and would die at the age of 80. He states in 1892, that he revealed himself by virtue of Ilham at the age of 40 and that 10 of the continuous 40 preaching years had passed, so therefore:

1 – In 1892, Mirza Ghulam has at least 30 more years of continuous preaching left:
He dies in 1908 therefore the prophecy has failed as 1908 – 1892 = 16 years. He therefore only preached for another 16 years instead of the prophesised 30 years. The only way this prophecy would have been fulfilled is if he died in the year 1922 (1892 + 30 = 1922).

2 – He would die at an age of 80 or near it or thereabouts or a little more:
A. According to the 1892 statement, he was born in 1842 thus 1908 – 1842 = 66 yrs old
B. According to his own date of birth it should be calculated as 1908 – 1839 = 69 yrs old
C. According to the official website it should be calculated as 1908 – 1835 = 73 yrs old

From these calculations, B is the most reliable and accurate as Mirza Ghulam himself has stated that he was born in 1839 or 1840 and I have calculated it using 1839 as it is more favourable for his prophecy. Had I used 1840 he would be 68 years old. His followers try hard to say he is lying and he was actually born in 1835 to push his age closer to his prophecy. This has no premise as there are five quotes in his works where he states his date of birth around 1839-1842. Therefore suggesting he was born in 1835 has no foundation as he himself declares the year which is closest to the official figure as 1839. Either way, he made false statements about his own date of birth and even if we take anyone of them to be true, he did not live to fulfil his prophecy that God had allegedly told him he would live to be 80 years old. Does this not prove his falsehood?

The following verse is about the Holy Qu’ran, but ponder over the greatness of God and realise that what comes from Him is free of errors.

The Holy Qu’ran – 4:82 – Surah An-Nisa (4) Ayat 82:
“Had it been from other than Allah, they would surely have found therein much discrepancy.”

  1. Dear Brother Peace,

I have read this article and I am surprised why you referred it.
Please refer to following sentence from the blog:
“The official website still maintains that he was born in 1835. This can only mean that Mirza Ghulam was dishonest when he said he was born in 1839 or 1840. If he was actually born in 1835 then he lied when he said he was born in 1839 or 1840.”

Unfortunately, you did not read the article and blindly referred to the official website again.

Please try to understand what Hussain has presented above is based on the writings of Mirza Sb, on the other hand the answer you have referred to is based on some book “zikre-e-habib”. So why do you need believe in what was written by Mirza Sb? Was he a liar?

  2. Salaam brothers/sisters in Islam, I am the author of the article ‘age of my demise’ and would like it to be known that I have read the defence put forward by the alislam team and incorporated this defence into my article which will be out with the book, inshAllah. I have updated my article on my computer and completely refuted the argument put forward by the alislam team. I have even presented my response on a few forums and it has yet to be answered by any Ahmadi.

To sum it up, if you convert February today (in this year or previous few years) to the Hindi calender it does indeed result in Phaalgun. The essence of the Ahmadi argument being that MGA told his friend he was born in this particular Hindi month in synchronisation with the 14th of Juma according to the Islamic calender. Even though MGA at no point in his own books mentions Phaalgun as the month he was born we will accept this attempt to escape from this prophecy. As I said if you convert Feb now it will tell you that it is in Phaalgun… this is the fatal error the alislam team made in trying to convince us he was born in 1835, if anything they strengthed the argument against him.

Try converting the 13th of Feb 1835 not 13th of Feb (past few years) to the Hindu calendar… did anyone even bother doing this? No. Surprise surprise it does not work out to be the 1st of Phaalgun 1891 as the article would have you believe. It is a FACT that this date corresponds to 16th of Magha 1891! This now makes the comment by Mufti Mohammad Sadiq (MGA’s friend who claims MGA told him he was born in Phaalgun) unreliable. No single date of the 14th of Juma (which is supposedly given by MGA himslef in one of his books – I have not double checked the reference because it doesn’t really matter) equals Phaalgun, I have done the research. This therefore means we are left with two statements from MGA himslef:

    1) He was born in 1839 or 1840
    2) He was born on the 14th of Juma

Therefore the date of birth of MGA is *drumroll*

    1839
    July Friday 26th = Al-Jum`a: 14th Djumadal-Ula 1255

    1840
    April Friday 17th = Al-Jum`a: 14th Safar 1256
    September Friday 11 = Al-Jum`a: 14th Radjab 1256

In addition to this MGA says that he was born during the last days of Sikh rule… the last days of Sikh rule came about from the death of the founder of the Sikh Empire… when did his death take place? Maharaja Ranjit Singh died in June 1839 a month prior to all three possible date of births of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad. Therefore without doubt one of the three dates above equal the actual date of birth of the false prophet of Qadian.

All Glory Is To Allah (SWT). Let’s hear the next excuse.

  3. Tahir hussain has totally solved the problem of the age of mGAQ. We are all indebted to you for your work.

    I have some questions:
when did they change all of this data? When did the mirzais concoct these theories to prove that the mirza was actually older than he represented himself to be.

Was it in the 1910′s? What about the research that Mirza Bashir Ahmad did? When did he do this research? Was it based on the story by Mufti MUhammad Sadiq?

  4. They had to change this data to push his date of birth closer to his prophecy, and they attempt to do this by all of a sudden adopting the lunar calendar which MGA never used himself… It was Mirza Bashir Mahmud who did the ‘research’ to claim that his father was born around 1836. This is based on MGA’s statements that he spent 40 years with his father before he died and his father died in 1876. They state that the date of birth MGA gave was a guess… so why not apply the same analogy to his 40 years with his father theory?

In addition to this on many occasions the dates given by MGA regarding his age correspond to around 1838-1842 thus 1835 is out of the equation as he is more consistent with the 1838-1842 range. Moreover, the Lahori Ahmadiyya agree with the analysis by Bashir yet they criticise him for the dates he claims his father became a prophet. See below:

    http://aaiil.org/text/books/mga/correctionerrorekghaltikaizala/datechangingcorrectionerror.shtml

This therefore shows that Bashir (I have not read his argument in full regarding MGA’s birth as English translations are not available) is not reliable and his research is not credible as per the inconsistencies for his research on the above link. Moreover, the most important factor remains that MGA himself has given his date of birth. If it is not considered then MGA himself becomes unreliable and if this is the case then how can he be relied upon for anything else he says… he claims he was DIVINELY GUIDED and God said in reference to MGA, “He does not speak out of his own desire, it is all revelation vouchsafed to him” (page 453, Tadhkirah 2004 Edition) …. ALL? Not to mention, above all that God allegedly said “We shall obliterate all traces of anything the allusion to which causes injury to your honour” (The Will, Page 2)… If anything Allah (SWT) did the opposite to the God of MGA. There is so much material that causes injury to MGA’s ‘honour’. If that revelation was truly from Allah (SWT) we would not be discussing his date of birth and his failed prophecy and it would have been obliterated by MGA stating his exact date of birth through divine guidance.

So followers of MGA, either admit his date of birth was 1839-1840, consequently approving the failure of his prophecy OR admit that he was a liar when he said he was born in 1839-1840 OR admit he was not divinely guided. This was not a slip of the tongue, it was written on paper (i.e. divine guidance would not allow such ‘errors’ especially with the revelation about his honour from the Will page 2).

    Purpose: Spread the message.
    Guidance: Only from Allah (SWT)

  5. Tahir, thanks for the work my brother, we all owe you!!!

We still need to find the exact date where Mirza Basheer ahmad changed this date of birth.

Can you imagine the effect that this had on the books of the mirza?

I remember as a teenager the ahmadis always told me that MGA was born in 1835, even all of his books echo this same sentiment. It’s a brainwashing technique.

The ahmadi ulama decided to implement an earlier date in terms of the birth of the mirza, they slowly but surely began to add introductions to all ahmadi publications in which it was written that the mirza was born in 1835. Then they added it to there taleem syllabus.

99.9% of ahmadis dont have a clue that the mirza wrote that he was born 1839–1842. We all thought he was born in 1835, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This topic isnt even discussed at any ahmadi mosque.

  6. Tahir sahab
plz explain this sikh rule.a qadiani is troubling me,with his arguement about mirza’s age.he says

” As we all know that 100, 150 years back, the custom of handing out birth certificate or recording the exact date just didn’t exist and people used to estimate the year of birth by the reference of some famous incident. In the reference you have provided, Hadhrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as) has done the same thing that he has estimated his age according to the Sikhs Rule (read the actual reference).

The scholars of Ahmadiyya Jammat have collected all of such writings where he has made reference to his birth and have then figured out that his actual year of birth was 1835 (1250 Hijri). I will just give you one example that in his book Haqeeqa tul Wahi, he says that I received ny first revelation in 1290 Hijri and I was exactly 40 at that time.(Haqeeqa tul Wahi Vol 22 pg 199) According to this, his birth year comes out to 1835 or 1250 Hijri. He passed away in 1908 or 1326 Hijri. Now if we look according to the Hijri calender and subtract 1250 from 1326, his age comes out to be 76 which is according to the prophecy”.

  7. Of course. Typical arguments. I’ll address both points.

Point one. MGA says he was born during the last days of Sikh rule… the last days of Sikh rule began in 1839. The significance of this year is the death of the founder of the Sikh Empire. Now if a follower of MGA argues with you that no this is not when Sikh rule declined then he has no choice but to push the date of the end of Sikh rule past 1839. Why? Because the Sikh Empire actually ceased to exist in 1849! Fact. So when would one say they had there last days or rule? It certainly can’t be in 1835. It can only be when the ‘Lion of Punjab’ as he was called, founding father, Ranjit Singh died. This is the event that MGA is referring to because with his death in 1839, occurred the last days of Sikh rule. If this is disputed then when did the last days of Sikh rule occur? Any date given can only be AFTER 1839. Game, set and match.

Now let’s move on to the second part, another twist in the tale. This all really comes about because of his son Mirza Bashir Mahmud. He claims his father MGA first received revelation when MGA’s father (Ghulam Murtaza) died and at this time MGA was 40 years old. LIE.

Let’s read Essence of Islam Volume 1 Page xxi and I quote, MGA says: “I was 34 or 35 years of age when my father died.” 34 or 35? Next step, when did his father die? What year was it? According to Mirza Bashir Mahmud himself, in the book ‘Hadrat Ahmad’ Page 11, he says “Ghulam Murtaza, who was known as a skillful physician, died in 1876…” Every biography will tell you his father died in 1876. Again, simple Math, 1876 – 35 = 1841. Now let me guess, he took a guess at his age when his father died, well in that case he took a guess when he received his so called first revelation. He is not reliable on any one of guesses. I don’t understand how Ahmadis can argue that when he took a guess at his age or event surrounding his age which suits them, he is correct. But when he takes a guess at his age or event surrounding his age which does not suit them then he is wrong.

Now let’s rewind when his God told him “We shall obliterate all traces of anything the allusion to which causes injury to your honour” (The Will, Page 2) Well… why didn’t his God see that people would ridicule his prophecy regarding his age and clear it up by confirming to him when he was born. Simple.

His age prophecy is a minor issue to me. What I like concentrating on is the FACT that he committed shirk by his own qualifications and the FACT that he introduced the obligatory law of Chanda Aam which destroys their whole foundation that he was a non-law bearing prophet. However, I by no means back down on this age issue. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask.

  8. Of course. Typical arguments. I’ll address both points.

  9. P.S When did he receive his first revelation? I know they say, aw when he was 40. But what event occurred when he received his first revelation? I’ll tell you as any Ahmadi would tell you what the event was, it was the death of his father. How old was he when his father died? 34 or 35. If anyone denies he received so called revelation when his father died, then when was he told by his God, is God not sufficient for his servant? I’ll tell you, he received this so called revelation when his father died and he start thinking about money. How old was he when his father died? In his own words, 34 or 35. End of discussion.

  10. Aw and I forgot to mention, if they say this wasn’t his first revelation then clearly he had been receiving so called revelation before 40 thus his statement that it began at 40 is a lie. as a matter of fact MGA claims he was made aware of Bawa Nanaks circumstances (assuming he means that Bawa Nanak was a Muslim) at the age of 10 years old (I’ll provide the reference if required). Is this not ‘revelation’? Is this not Divine converse?

As a matter of fact, MGA says in his book, Heavenly Sign, Page 27/28,that he “…will live to forty years from the day he becomes the recipient of revelation and proclaims to be the Promised Imam. Now, let it be clear, that I was commanded, through a specific revelation, to call the people to Allah, in the fortieth year of my life, and I was given the glad tidings that I will live up to eighty years or thereabout. In view of this revelation, the tenure of my prophetic mission will extend to forty years out of which ten full years have already passed.” Why did he say this? Because the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said Jesus (AS) will live on Earth for forty years and then die (reference will e provided if required). Now the quote above by MGA comes from 1892, as the cover of the book will verify. So in other words from 1892 onwards as prophecised by MGA and his God, he had another 30 years of ‘calling people to Allah’ remaining… BUT he died in 1908!!! What does this mean, well from 1892 to 1908 = 16 years!!! What? Yes 16 years, what happen to the other 14 years!? But he was told he had 40 years to call people to Allah out of which 10 full years had passed in 1892. This is irrefutable proof of his false hood. This particular piece does not rely on any of his date of birth conjecture as it is not required. Therefore ask Mr Ahmadi to refute this and as Allah (SWT) is my witness, I give you a guarantee he will not be able to. If you need any more information on this, do not hesitate to ask and I will give you all the scans if you require them. Peace.

  11. salam
    tahir sahab and thanks.
anyway would you like to tell ,how can we refute a qadiyani if excerpt from haqeqat ul wahi(which i mentioned earlier) is true about mirza sahab’s age.i mean,if mirza sahab has really said so in his book.in a way it will become a permanent proof for qadiyanis that mirza sahab birth year was 1935.
secondly ,have a look at a proof of mirza’s age from a muslim brother which i took from facebook.
“Masih maud farmaatay thay jab Sultan Ahmad paida hua uss waqt hamari umar sirf 16 saal ki thee”

Mirza Ghulam Ahmed said that when sultan Ahmed born he was only 16 years old.
    (seerat-ul-mahdi page-256)

“Khan Bahadur Mirza Sultan Ahmad born in 1865”

    (seerat-ul-mahdi page-196-197)

    [1856-16 = 1840]
it is also a prrof that mirza sahab was born around 1939.
    but when i checked http://www.alislam.org ,library/urdu/basheerahmed/seeratmehdi
these excerpts were not there.seerat mehdi volume 1 and 3 consists of more than 250 pages.i checked both but i couldn’t find.
    1.was our muslim brother wrong?
2.or have qadianis taken them out?

third ,is “essence of Islam” mirza’s book?
fourth ,see this third part from that qadiyani who was bugging me
“not if you go by Islamic calendar which is based on lunar calculations. if you go to any website and convert his date of birth and date of death from gregorian calender to Hijri calender, it comes out to be 76. ”
tahir sahab, plz would you tell us how could we convert mirza sahab’s age from these two calendars?

  12. First point: You say MGA says “that I received my first revelation in 1290 Hijri and I was exactly 40 at that time.(Haqeeqa tul Wahi Vol 22 pg 199)” As I explained he received his first revelation when his father died. When did his father die? His father died in 1876. This year is not 1290 Hijri, it is 1292/1293 Hijri. Again, as I explained the quote the Ahmadi you are talking to states that MGA is saying he was 40 when he received his FIRST REVELATION. Again, he also claims he received revelation when his FATHER DIED and at the same time he says in Essence of Islam Volume 1 (which is a compilation book and can be found on the Ahmadiyya website) Page 23 of the PDF or if you want another reference for this then see Roohani Khazain – Volume 12 – Kitab-ul-Bariyyah, Page 192 (footnote) where he says “I was 34 or 35 years of age when my father died” and he received the revelation “Is not Allah sufficient for His servant?” Now tell me, if he received this revelation when he was 34 or 35 as he says, how can he later on in Haqeeqa tul Wahi say that he was 40 when he received his first revelation? There is a clear discrepancy here. The point you are making in that if he says he was 40 at the time then it must reign true that he was born in 1835, well he specifically states he was born in 1839 or 1840 so why is that not clear evidence? If that is a guess so is the 40 years old first revelation statement (even though I conclusively proved he is lying again). In addition to this I again repeat that there is a clear discrepancy in the Haqeeatul Wahi book when he says he first received revelation at 40 because he also claims he received revelation when he was 34 or 35. So again, he is either taking guesses which you cannot expect from someone who claims he is DIVINELY GUIDED or he is a blatant habitual lliar. I hope tmy refutation makes sense. If not, then let me know so I can try and explain it to you again.

Second point. I am not sure if the Muslim brother is correct or not. However, I will reinforce this point by stating that in the book ‘Life of Ahmad by A R Dard (can be found on the official website), Page 38, he says “When Ahmad was about 16 years of age he was married to Hurmat Bibi … The first son was born when Ahmad was about 18 or 19 years of age. The child was named Mirza Sultan Ahmad. Two years later was born the second son, Mirza Fazl Ahmad.” Now read the following quote from MGA in Majmoo`ah-e-Ishtahaaraat, Volume 1, Page 113 “…as yet,
which is March 22, 1886, no boy has been born in my home other than my two older boys, whose age is more than 20-22 years”. In other words they are at least 20-25. But according to Life of Ahmad by A R Dard which says the first son was born when MGA was 18 or 19, then accordingly the sons should have been 30-33 years of age if he was born in 1835 not 20-22 as MGA says. This is approximately an 8-year discrepancy. If they say MGA was confused about his own age, they cannot claim that he was confused about the age of his sons though (unless he was a bad father! – which of course is not the case with Prophets). Let me just break down the calculation for you, so it doesn’t confuse you. MGA says in 1886 that he has no sons except two who are no more than 20-22 years old (lets just say no more than 25). Thus 1886 (the year he said this) – 25 (how old they are) = 1861 – 18/19 (the age he had them) = 1843/42 <— his year of birth! Again, no where near 1835.

Third, Essence of Islam is currently in five volumes. Everything contained in these five volumes is referenced from MGA's book they just put a lot of quotes spread out through his original books concerning the same topic in to one book. For example say Essence of Islam Volume 3 there is a chapter about Dajjal. What they have done is that throughout MGA's books, anything he said about Dajjal has been collected and put in to this one section of Essence of Islam (except anything they think is controversial or contradictory) so you don't have to go through all his books to find out what he says about Dajjal. So yes Essence of Islam is a book of MGA and can be found on the official website. All the quotes of MGA in the Essence of Islam have been referenced back to Roohani Khazain should you wish to see the original Urdu.

Forth. Of course it will come out to 76 if you use 1835 as his date of birth. This is the whole reason they try and push his date of birth all the way back to 1835 so when you convert it using the Islamic calender it comes under his prophecy and he dies at 76. BUT, MGA used the Gregorian Christian calender throughout his life and in his books. On a few occasions he used the Hijri calendar. What about his other prophecies about people dying? When he says 15 months and so on, why don't they convert that according to the Islamic calender? They don't because he never used it, now all of a sudden they want to use it. The prophecy itself does not say which calender it was based on. That's like saying the prophecy meant in dog years or anything stupid like that. REGARDLESS, he was not born in 1835. Tell them to convert his real date of birth in 1839 or 1840 (1255 Hijri or 1256 Hijri) using the Islamic calender and you will find he died when he was 70 or 71 as he died in 1908 or 1326 Hijri. If you want to convert any dates yourself, use this converter:

    http://www.islamicfinder.org/dateConversion.php?

The Ahmadi you are talking to is converting his date of birth using 1835 when he should be using 1839 or 1840.

  13. salam tahir sahab
i know these qadiyanis are way to hesitant using our forums.so i think i did a good job, copy pasting his statements.anyway you have cleared many misconceptions of mine.thank you very much n i will not be hesistant to bug you,if he bugs me again.ok??

  14. Of course not. I will help you in anyway I can and at no point would I consider that you are bugging me. You’re more than welcome. If you ever need to ask me anything or would like any information, feel free to contact me through the cult forums. Please do join the forum, as there are brother’s and sister’s there who, like me, will help and answer any questions to the best of our knowledge and ability.

  15. tahir sahab
there is a small question for you.i have read ur article in this forum 3 times and everything you have posted also.i am a lady with little fat head.so sometimes i ask questions repeatedly.
if we change mirza’s fabricated birthday of 1835(which is also in their official website) into hindi calender ,do we get 1891 as you have mentioned somewhere up above.

  16. so it means if any qadiyani believes converting 13th feb 1835 to hindi calendar is sanity,he/she makes an absurd mistake.coz it would make mirza sahab 17 years old person when he died.am i right?

  17. It doesnt matter what we show the ahmadis, they will continue to worship this corrupt family.

  18. No, the reason they convert 13th of Feb to the Hindi calendar is because they say a friend of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad, Mr Mufti claims in his book that MGA said to him he was born in the Hindi month Phalgun and at the same time it was Friday (Juma) of the Islamic month. So when they convert 13th of Feb 1835 to the Hindi calendar they claim it equals Phalgun. If you convert 2009 or 2010 of 13th Feb (as in the past few years) it does equal Phalgun. BUT if you convert 13th Feb IN THE YEAR 1835 (the year they claim he was born) it does NOT equal Phalgun, it equals Magha, the month before. Therefore when Mr Mufti says he was born in Phalgun it cannot be in 1835 (when the same day is Juma in the Islamic calendar).

  19. salam tahir sahab n rationalist
tahir sahab y did mirza sahab’s friend say that?what could be the possible reason?
was he trying to prove mirza bith year as 1835?

    rationalist
never get disappointed.for the kind of efforts you guys do ,suppose if it does not convert a single qadiani, nonetheless, these efforts haven’t gone in vain.atleast it helps ignorant muslims to know about qadianis and help them protect their faith in islam.

  20. WS Shella. I have not even verified the quote from his friend to see if he did actually say such a thing as I can not find the book. Why he said it? I do not know but why did MGA not say it in any of his books if it was true? What I don’t understand is why they do not believe MGA when he says he was born in 1839 or 1840. Why do they say it is a guess? Did MGA say it was a guess? No. They won’t even dare answer when the last days of Sikh rule were, was MGA taking a guess about this event too? They cannot accept his real DOB as it proves he was a charlatan. It destroys the beliefs they have grown up with and it is the foundation of their lives, therefore any one who attempts to shatter that foundation will only be faced by denial of the facts. If someone keeps believing that milk is black, you can only show them it is white and then leave them to it.

  21. salam
its true they never believe about proofs which reveals mirza’s birth year as 1939-1942.i told you about qadiyani who argued with me,he says that he has many proof which reveals mirza bith year was 1935.i have already mentioned up above, two of those proofs.
on the other hand i have seen 6,7 proofs only on a Facebook thread which reveal mirza birth year was 1939.
with my limited knowledge ,i conclude that mirza birth year is 1939-1942 because reference of 1935 as mirza’s birth year are proving to be contradictory.as you have mentioned up above that mirza was 34-35 when his father died.now the references which qadianis provide become lesser effective.

    • shella, please be very careful to get the dates right when you talk about something date-sensitive like Mirza’s birth year. You are consistently talking about the 1930s and 1940s instead of the 1830s and 1840s.

      • sorry.it was a blunder.i hope there would be a qadiyani trying to prove mirza sahab’s age 76,even with this 1930s n1940s.lolol

  22. (Tadhkirah – Page 17)

tahir sahab or anyone plz can tell me when mirza sahab said this thing.what was his age when he told this so-called revealation?

  23. Of course, It was said in Arbayeen No 3 in 1900. He would have been 61 at the time. You may be interested in the following quote relating to his death too:

“Revelation (Arabic)… (Urdu): I shall lengthen thy days… This means that those of my enemies who say that only fourteen months of my age are left after July 1907 or prophesy my death within a certain time will all be confounded and God will lengthen my days so as to demonstrate that He is God and everything is under His control.” (Tadhkirah – Page 879)

He claims that those who say he only has fourteen months of his age left after July 1907 will be proved wrong by God as God will lengthen his days further than this date. This therefore obviously means an extension beyond the fourteen months to prove those against him wrong. He claims God will do this for him as a sign to demonstrate that God controls everything. To reiterate the date of his demise:

    “…died at Lahore on May 26th 1908” (Tadhkirah – Page 5)

Mirza Ghulam Ahmad died on May 26th 1908. How could this be? Fourteen months after July 1907 corresponds to September 1908 and Mirza Ghulam Ahmad said God would extend his age beyond September 1908 as a sign to those who say he only has fourteen months of his age left after July 1907. How is it then that he died four months prior to this date on May 26th 1908? The revelation was clearly not from Almighty Allah (SWT) as He never breaks His word. This is yet more evidence of his falsehood and he has been proven wrong on two different prophecies relating to his demise.

  24. tahir sahab
how many reference you can provide me which reveals mirza sahab date of birth 1839-1842????

From the day Imam reveals himself by virtue of Ilham (Inspiration of the heart); he will live for 40 years. Let it be clear that this humble self was appointed by special Ilham to invite to the truth in the 40th year of age and good news was given that I will get to an age of 80 or near it. So 40 years of preaching is proven by this Ilham, out of which 10 years have passed. (Roohani Khazain, Nishan Asmani – Volume 4 – Page 14)
it reveal mirza sahab born in 1842

I was born towards the last days of Sikh rule in 1839 or 1840 C.E. In 1857 I was sixteen or seventeen years old; my beard and moustaches had not yet started growing. (A Brief Sketch Of My Life – Page 10)
it reveals mirza sahab born in 1839 or 1840

I was born in 1839 or 1840, towards the end of the Sikh era. In 1857 I was in my 16th or 17th year and facial hair had not yet started growing. (Roohani Khazain, Kitab-ul-Bariyyah – Volume 13 – Page 177)
it also reveals mirza sahab born in 1839 or 1840.

could tahir sahab or any other muslim brother provide more reference of mirza sahab’s birth year as 1839-1842????
